This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Austin Taylor Boutique.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be approved for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received defective:

- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
Return Authorization
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please include the order number and the item(s) being returned.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Austin Taylor Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
