Refund and Returns Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Austin Taylor Boutique.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be approved for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received defective:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
Return Authorization
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please include the order number and the item(s) being returned.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Austin Taylor Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for a different size or color, subject to product availability. Customers should contact us prior to returning an item for exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
